Refund Policy

1. Refunds

  • All sales are final. Please check items before the making a payment. We only take payment once the Item has been delivered or pick up. This mean it has been tested and that YOU are SATISFIED wit the item.

2. Delivery and Installation Fees

  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Restocking Fee

  • A $250 restocking fee will be applied per item for any returns that are eligible for a refund.

4. Pick-Up Fee

  • Additionally, a pick-up fee of $50 plus $2.50 per mile (one way) from our distribution center will apply to all returns.

5. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless the product is defective or damaged.

6. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Products

  • Refunds for products that are out of stock or unavailable will be provided promptly upon notification.

7. Method of Refunds

  • Any refunds issued will be processed using the original payment method.

8. Misuse or Damage

  • Tony Discount Furniture & Mattresses reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product has been misused, abused, or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
